SEA: Making an Impact? – 10 year conference on Implementation and Practice

A conference to reflect on the implementation and practice of Strategic Environmental Assessment will be held in Prague, 21-23 September. The conference celebrates ten years of the adoption of the SEA Directive and the entry into force of the SEA protocol of the Espoo Convention.

The conference is organized in 11 thematic streams with Peter Hjerp presenting on implementation lessons on SEA and Cohesion Policy, based on findings from the recently completed study for DG Regio on improving environmental integration in Cohesion Policy. Peter is also sitting in the opening plenary of the conference.
