Jaap Arntzen taught early August a module on UN-SEEA Water Accounting at IHE-Delft, The Netherlands. This was part of a short course focusing on Water Accounting Plus, and the WA module aimed to expose participants to the global standard of UN-SEEA Water Accounting. CAR and IHE will continue their collaboration towards showing complementarity between both tools.
