 On November 29, Nourishing the Planet Director Danielle Nierenberg will join a panel of experts at the Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition's "Reducing Food Waste: An Opportunity to be Seized." Panelists will discuss the economic and social implications of food waste around the world. The panel will follow a speech by Jan Lundqvist, a senior scientific advisor to the Stockholm International Water Institute.
