Laure will be moderating a discussion on the “Duality of the smart African city” with Jérôme Chenal, Doctor of Science at EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) with expertise in architecture and urban planning. She will also be participating in the “Governance and the digital transition: an ongoing transformation” round table.
