While the executive is to publish the Multiannual Energy Program (MEP) in late October, Michel Colombier, Chairman of the Expert Committee for the Energy Transition, will examine during this workshop-debate what is at stake in this future roadmap.
What energy mix for the 2023 and 2028 horizons (the MEP revision dates)? What renewable energy development plan? What role for nuclear energy, and what impact will it have on the French electricity system? Will there be a space for citizens and experts in the decision-making processes of the public authorities? All these questions will be addressed during this event, which is being organised by the Équilibre des Énergies (EdEn) association, in the presence of its president, Brice Lalonde.
