结论 | AbstractBased on a multiwave national survey of state and local response organizations, RAND researchers examined how prepared such organizations were for terrorism following the 9/11 attacks. The survey results identified areas that had improved since 9/11, areas that were still in need of improvement, and areas in which organizations felt they needed support, as well as their expectations of DHS. The survey provides a valuable database and a useful set of baseline measures for tracking improvements in U.S. preparedness over time. |
