| 摘要 | This paper is an attempt to apply systems analysis to the formulation of problems, and to the generation of new methods for overcoming technological limitations, in order to obtain better quality strips and higher productivity in the hot strip mill. Most of the new ideas and methods of mill control described here have not been implemented or even tried in practice; however, computer simulations of the proposed rolling process, using new control methods, are shown to lead to significantly increased efficiency. |
