| 摘要 | The purpose of this study is to describe and assess the present policy making on long term regional development plans and environmental management systems in the Kinki area of Japan as a typical example of a highly developed industrialized region with a full range of environmental problems. The study follows an analytical framework developed at IIASA in the course of case studies of large scale development programs. |
