| 摘要 | This paper develops three alternative conceptualizations of the interrelationships between the environment, technology, and the food system as a basis for looking at the global dimensions of the food system in context of environmental and technological factors. The three conceptualizations are, respectively, a balance of trade oriented perspective, a human labor oriented perspective and a carrying capacity perspective. |
