| 摘要 | This paper gives a review of research methods that have been used to estimate the impacts of regional policies. A distinction is made between microstudies and macrostudies, and the pros and cons of different approaches within each of these groups are extensively discussed. The paper concludes with some suggestions for future research in this field. |
