摘要 | No study of technological innovation can be complete without an investigation of its impacts on human resources. Innovation does not always have a positive effect on human resources, as there are many imbalances between technological innovations and the requirements for such resources. However, without technological innovation it would be nearly impossible, in the long term, to improve working conditions and create opportunities for the development and realization of man's social, cultural, and economic capabilities. Thus the relationship between technological and social innovation is critical to the development of human resources. |
