| 摘要 | The present paper consists of the first results and conclusions from the third version of the IIASA FMS database, This version of the database includes more than 750 systems from 26 countries. The accuracy and completeness of the data has improved since the second version. Now it is time to look for solid regular patterns of impacts and draw statistical conclusions. This paper confirms that the preliminary conclusions made in the earlier papers were basically correct and gives a deeper insight into the costs and benefits of FM-systems. |
