摘要	The subject of Decision and System Sciences is the analysis of complexity of real system which has reached such a level, that new frameworks for solving modeling, optimization and information processing problem must be developed. One such framework developed by Japanese scientists is the so-called "Shinayakana Systems Approach." This approach assumes that mathematical models and formal tools provide only the problem solving support. Therefore, the essential parts of the problem solving are the issues of man-machine interaction.
