| 摘要 | The key components of the new generation of software systems, and environmental information systems in particular, are: Geographical Information Systems, providing access to spatial data, such as environmental properties, land use, infrastructure, resources, site-specific information (e.g., industrial plant, cities) as well as tools for spatial analysis; Data Bases, containing non-spatial data; Knowledge Bases, representing qualitative (symbolic) knowledge about the problem domain, that allow logical deductions and qualitative analysis to be made; Simulation and Optimization Models, representing process-oriented numerical assessment tools; a Graphical User Interface, integrating the above into one coherent system and providing the user with interactive access and a high degree of dynamic visualization. Some basic principles and concepts are discussed, based on several application examples of interactive environmental information decision support and expert systems in the area of general environmental impact assessment, as well as surface and groundwater quality, air pollution and industrial risk assessment. Finally, the discussion section speculates on future developments and new directions in the field. -from English summary |
