摘要	IGES made intervention at the UNFCCC Bonn Conference in March 2014. Technical Expert Meeting (TEM) took place as part of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action 2-4 Workstream 2. The intervention was on some lessons learnt from the project IGES KRC conducted in India promoting low carbon technology in Small and Medium Enterprises, in collaboration with Kyoto University and The Energy Research Institute, funded by the JICA-JST Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development, conducted under the supervision of Ministry of Environment and Forest in India, and with the collaboration of private sector from India and Japan.
