摘要 | The Transitional Committee was established at Cancun in December 2010 to design the new Green Climate Fund, as part of the effort to reform the financial mechanism of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change as part of the Cancun commitment by developed countries to mobilize up US$100 billion annually in support of climate change activities in developing countries. The Transitional Committee involves observers from academia, NGOs and the private sector and takes in to account submissions by observes.
