摘要 | This document, published in December 2018, describes Hivos and IIED’s Food Change Lab in Bandung, Indonesia, where the aim was to ‘raise the profile of street food vendors as providers of healthy food for low-income consumers.’ A food change lab is, in essence, a multi-stakeholder platform with the purpose of supporting innovative problem-solving and policymaking around sustainable food and diets. The document is organised into the following sections: story of the food change lab, the process, prototypes, results and the way forward, and lessons learned. As well as learning how to structure and conduct a food change lab, readers gain access to a number of resources to better understand the food change lab methodology. |
