摘要 �� The Korean energy industry is in a transitional period. The industrial structure is moving to market-led from government-led, to consumer-led from producer-led, and to demand management-led from supply management-led in the inner aspect of energy industry. In the outer aspect of energy industry, the international efforts to protect environment have been realized with UNFCCC. Therefore establishing an efficient and environmental friendly energy industry is a crucial issue to enhance a national capacity in 21st century.
