| 摘要 | ABSTRACT
This study is to evaluate current policies and suggest the way of overcoming financial impediments to the energy efficiency home.
This study also examines the relationship between building energy consumption and economic growth employing the vector error-correction model estimation.
We find that there is bidirectional causality between building energy consumption and real GDP.
These findings have important policy implications, since the adoption of suitable structural policies can induce energy conservation.
Based on this analysis this study makes some policy recommendations for the energy efficiency home.
For achieving this goal, we conduct the cost-benefit analysis to measure the benefit of energy savings and the associated cost.
The results of study shows that the total benefit is greater than the total cost. In addition, this study designs a method for financial support and a mechanism for policy implementation.
The investment from the capital market will be used with the government's interest subsidy.
Home retrofit will be taken place with low interest rate with 2%. The results of this study provides some important insights for policy design. |
