Camilla Bausch, Ralph Czarnecki and Michael Mehling edited this issue, which opens the stage for a timely discussion on the most recent international climate negotiations. It features a preface by Congressman Edward J. Markey, who co-authored the successful climate and energy bill for the U.S. House of Representatives. The 10 articles listed below, written by authors from both industrialized and developing countries, deal with issues such as the legal form of the post-2012 regime, stakeholder-based post 2012 policy scenarios, the future of the carbon market, technology transfer and financing, as well as reductions of emissions from deforestation and degradation (REDD). A section on current developments updates readers on recent market trends, political decisions, new literature and relevant events. The most recent Carbon and Climate Law Review can be ordered directly by Lexxion – The Legal Publisher at a price of 97.37 Euro. |
