| 摘要 | class="field field-name-field-pub-title-additions field-type-text field-label-hidden"> Im Rahmen des integrierten Energie- und Klimapakets  This article describes the important changes to the Renewable Energy Sources Act due to the amendment within the framework of the Integrated Energy and Climate Programme of the German government. On 5 December 2007 the government bill amending the Renewable-Energy Sources Act was introduced. This article analyses the major changes from a legal point of view. In addition, it looks into the planned Amendment to the Energy Industry Act to support expansion of the electricity grid. The article is published in issue 3, volume 19, Zeitschrift für Umweltrecht. |
