Social Learning and Sustainability (GELENA) Analysis, practical testing und theoretical conceptualisation of participatory learning processes in science, organisations and product development in the case of climate change.

GELENA is an interdisciplinary group of young scientists within the socio-ecological research initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The group members are affilated either with the Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg, or the Institute for Ecological Econmy Research in Berlin.
The GELENA project examines participatory learning processes in product development, organisational learning, and academia.
Work on this complex issue is being conducted within seven interconnected modules.
