LOTOS developed sustainable solutions for logistics processes from goods procurement to the delivery of products. To this end sustainability criteria in the logistics processes of the company Tchibo GmbH were analysed, implemented and evaluated. Individual processes in the procurement and transport chain were examined with a view to their relevance to resources and the climate as well as their social consequences. Together with experts from science, politics and logistics, innovative sustainable measures were derived from this status analysis.
