摘要

Brief study on a re-design for the existing EEG cost apportionment

In a brief study, resulting effects of a change in the distribution mechanism of the costs for the EEG apportionment were examined. The re-design proposed an extension of the basis for the EEG apportionment which not only regards power consumption of the final consumers but also final consume in the heating and transport sector. This would result in redistribution between the sectors where on the one hand the apportionment for electricity consumption decreases and on the other hand an extra apportionment would be charged for heating and transportation consumption. The intention is an additional environmental incentive effect towards fossil energy in the energy sector and therefore to enable coupling between the electricity, heating and transportation sectors. Therefore the goal of the study was to show the effects of such an expanded distribution mechanism based on significant sample calculations.
