How will the US respond to the changing Palestinian and Arab paradigm?  Will it try to reduce the deepening gap between American policy as it has historically been defined and new Palestinian and Arab aspirations? Will the US be willing to work with those countries that support policies it does not such as the Fatah-Hamas unity agreement?
