概述	In 2015 Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Vietnam supported the National Assembly’s Board of People’s Aspirations to publish a handbook entitled “Guidelines on Citizen Reception and Petitions and Denunciations Settlement”.
摘要	Comprising five parts the book covers the most important content of the Law on Petitions and Denunciations and the Law on Citizen Reception as well as the relating legal documents. The publication is expected to facilitate the NA delegates and public servants in handling petitions and denunciations as well as in monitoring citizen reception and petitions settlement at provincial levels.
