| 摘要 | An analysis of 401 power plant and transmission projects in 57 countries suggests that costs are underestimated in three out of every four projects, with only 39 projects across the entire sample experiencing no cost overrun or underrun. Hydroelectric dams, nuclear power plants, wind farms and solar facilities each have their own unique set of construction risks. |
