| 摘要 | This research identifies obstacles that prevent women from becoming involved in entrepreneurship in research and technology and suggests ways to increase women’s participation in entrepreneurial activities at the Technion and beyond. The two research questions posed are:
What are the obstacles that prevent more women from becoming involved in entrepreneurial activities and what is necessary to accomplish this goal? What steps are necessary to carry out a pilot program at the Technion that could alter the dynamics? |
