摘要 | Collaboration between criminal justice, mental health, and substance use disorder practitioners has the potential to improve outcomes for people with multiple needs. There has been a lack of collaboration between these fields in the past, leading to gaps in services and poor outcomes. To address this need, the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati funded 99 grants to improve services for criminal justice populations with a substance use disorder and/or mental health issue. The grantees reported improved client outcomes and a better understanding of the criminal justice and behavioral health fields.
