摘要 | In 2010, the Health Profession Opportunity Grants (HPOG) Program awarded 32 grants for programs to train low-income individuals for high-demand health care professions. All 32 HPOG grantees were required to use the HPOG Performance Reporting System (PRS) to track participant characteristics, engagement in activities and services, and training and employment outcomes. This report uses evidence from grantee progress reports, a survey of program directors, and interviews with selected directors to describe how grantees used the PRS and other sources of performance information to manage their programs, identify areas in need of change, and make programmatic improvements.
