| 摘要 | This technical appendix to the Systems Change Analysis of the Health Profession Opportunity Grants (HPOG) Program details the methodology and findings of the Systems Change Analysis, one component of the HPOG National Implementation Evaluation. The analysis uses a descriptive and a formal network analysis based primarily on survey responses from HPOG program operators, partners, and stakeholders. It represents one of the first efforts to comprehensively evaluate the systems that can support career pathways–based training programs for low-income adults.
