| 摘要 | The 2018 Massachusetts Health Reform Survey is a reminder that the goals of health reform are not achieved by simply reducing the number of uninsured. Despite sustained near-universal health insurance coverage since the state’s landmark health reform law in 2006, Massachusetts residents, including those with health insurance coverage all year, have faced persistent barriers to care and difficulty affording health care. New questions on mental health and substance use disorders (MH/SUDs) in 2018 highlight the significantly greater challenges faced by adults seeking care for MH/SUDs.
