摘要 | This project studied the feasibility of conducting a national representative customer satisfaction survey of Child Support Enforcement (CSE) parents. CSE ensures that noncustodial or absent parents provide adequate support for children who live in another household with a custodial parent, a caretaker relative, or a foster parent. Concludes that a national customer survey of custodial and noncustodial parents, as well as caretaker relatives, is feasible. Recommends further design work since cost will depend on the degree to which sampled states assist in drawing representative samples, the response rate of parents and caretakers, and the effort needed to obtain reasonable response rates from some groups, such as noncompliant noncustodial parents. |
