| 摘要 | Finds that many M+C MCOs increased their premiums or reduced the generosity of their benefits from 1999-2001. Our actuarial analysis of M+C MCO benefit packages across 16 case study markets found that average monthly out-of-pocket expenditures for M+C enrollees grew from an estimated $85 in 1999 to $130 in 2001. At the same time, the value of benefits covered by M+C MCOs grew faster than M+C payment rates for 10 of the 16 study markets. |
