This new fact sheet from our series on Medicare+Choice offers some insight into the challenges of this approach. The report notes that even though private plans have made fewer changes in options, benefits, and premiums in 2003 than in prior years, many beneficiaries still have few affordable choices to fill gaps in their Medicare coverage, including drug coverage. |
