摘要 | Examines local WtW evaluation sites as the end of the grant period nears. Found that administrators were quite positive about the program, saying that it improved interaction between WIA and TANF agencies, increased local program capacity to serve welfare recipients and noncustodial parents in some sites, and offered opportunities for innovative programming. Also noted that WtW administrators would have liked a higher federal priority in the start-up period, permanent funding or a longer funding period, and broader client eligibility earlier in the program. |
