摘要 | Examines utilization of specialty care among children and adolescents by presence of a chronic condition or disability, insurance, and sociodemographic characteristics. The results show that 13 percent of children used a specialist in a year, with increased utilization among children with insurance and children with a chronic condition. No significant differences were found between children with private insurance and children covered by Medicaid in utilizing specialty care. |
