| 摘要 | This study evaluated demonstration projects that aimed to expand access to needed pharmaceuticals through comprehensive pharmacy services and improve the health of the mostly low-income population served by HRSA-supported health centers. Researchers examined 18 networks that collaborated with a school of pharmacy to expand services at their health center sites, with a focus on disease management programs run by a clinical pharmacist for patients with diabetes. The demonstration showed substantial positive improvements in outcomes for the mostly high-risk patients who were reached and retained in the programs for at least six months. |
