In this article, learn how Mathematica conducted the Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Policy Project for the CDC and developed an online database of cardiovascular disease prevention policies and a mapping application for participating states. We discuss the methods for developing these tools, lessons learned, and how these tools can help states develop and implement heart disease and stroke prevention policies and programs. |
