To help assess the relationship between these plans and the community-rated small-group market, this report offers an analysis of information on enrollment trends, premiums, and medical costs provided by carriers to the Office of the Insurance Commissioner supplemented with additional carrier and association information reported to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and the U.S. Department of Labor. |
