摘要 | This article in the GrantWatch section of Health Affairs describes the evaluation of Consumer Voices for Coverage, a state-based advocacy program to expand and improve health insurance coverage. The evaluation looked at the program’s effects over a three-year grant period and found it helped consumer groups establish coalitions, strengthened their capacity to advocate effectively, and increased consumers’ influence in debates over public policies affecting health care and health coverage in their states. |
