摘要 | This report summarizes findings from a case study of New Jersey’s ELE processes, conducted in January 2013. The state currently operates two separate ELE processes, which are approved for enrollment purposes only, in both Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP): the first is an ELE partnership with the state’s Division of Taxation, which was implemented in May 2009; the second is an ELE partnership with the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), which has been implemented in phases, the latest of which was piloted beginning in September 2010. Preliminary counts indicate that about 9,000 children have been enrolled through the two processes from 2009 to 2012. |
