摘要	Most youth will participate in evidence-based programs. States' program providers are targeting high-risk populations. States are taking various approaches to educating on abstinence, conception, and adult preparation. Grantees are creating infrastructure throught training, TA, and monitoring, to support successful replication. Congress created the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP), an evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention program, in 2010 to help reduce teen pregnancies and their negative consequences. This report documents key decisions state grantees made about program design. It is the first report from Mathematica's PREP Multi-Component Evaluation.
