概述	The Benefit Offset National Demonstration (BOND) tests variants of Social Security Disability Insurance program rules governing work and other supports. The BOND project includes two stages. Stage 2 provides estimates of how a $1 for $2 benefit offset would affect earnings and program outcomes for beneficiaries most likely to use the offset: recruited and informed volunteers. 摘要	Key Findings: The offset did not produce a detectable change in benefit payments in 2014. The offset did not produce a detectable change in earnings for 2014. Exploratory findings suggest that the offset increased the proportion of beneficiaries with earnings above the level at which they become eligible for the offset. There is no difference in earnings or benefit outcomes between the study group offered enhanced benefits counseling and the study group offered traditional counseling.
