| 摘要 | Can development aid slow migration? The answer is no, and quite the contrary, aid and economic development support migration. We argue that instead of making aid conditional on preventing migration, European countries would be better served by focusing on creating development and migration policies that are mutually beneficial both sending and receiving countries. |
