摘要 | Support for democracy and human rights (D/HR) has played an increasingly important role in Sida's co-operation with developing countries ever sinc the early 1990s. Yet there is a considerable lack of reliable information on the impact of the Agency's D/HR initiatives. This evaluability assessment has the dual purposes of producing lessons on (a) useful methods for D/HR impact evaluation, and (b) good practices for the planning and implementation of D/HR projects.Support for democracy and human rights (D/HR) has played an increasingly important role in Sida's co-operation with developing countries ever since the early 1990s.
