Convening a workshop to bring together project implementers, donors or other actors, is a helpful way to determine the purpose and scope of an impact evaluation. This tool provides sample agendas for face-to-face and online workshops. The sample agendas were developed by Bronwen McDonald, Anne Buffardi and Irene Guijt for use in Methods Lab projects and accompany the Methods Lab publication ‘Evaluability assessment for impact evaluation: guidance, checklists and decision support’.
