| 摘要 | Findings from these strategic evaluations were cross referenced and validated against seven WFP operation evaluations and the inter-agency humanitarian evaluation of the typhoon Haiyan response. The evaluations found that WFP's EPR strengthening and coordination activities were highly relevant and contributed to positive results and WFP has made relevant investments in EPR. However, constraints continue to limit the implementation of EPR-related reforms. The synthesis offers four strategy recommendations covering human resources, knowledge management, investment in preparedness and involvement in the global humanitarian reform process. |
