WFP’s Management Plan is prepared every year for the Executive Board to review and approve WFP’s three-year budget. While the Management Plan remains the key accountability document for the Executive Board and other parts of WFP’s governance system, it equally provides excellent opportunities for an internal review of the budgetary status of the organization at one point of the year.
