The RAND American Educator Panels (AEP) were created to provide the teacher and principal voice for evidence-based research on education policies and practices. The AEP are composed of the American Teacher Panel and the American School Leader Panel. These panels provide researchers with quick access to a large, high-quality sample of educators to collect data from U.S. K–12 public school teachers and principals.
